Our Facilities

The Woodstock Inn & Resort can comfortably accommodate your small to large group functions with up 300 guests. In addition to our on-site resources, including wireless, high-speed Internet, we have access to local corporate event planning and facilities should you wish to host a larger, more elaborate event, reunion, or celebration.

Choose amongst several meeting spaces to accommodate your group:

The Woodstock Ballroom- The largest of the rooms at the Woodstock Inn and Resort, the Ballroom can accommodate large groups of people with any seating style.  The Ballroom can also be broken down into three smaller rooms to hold any number of people. 2,730 square feet.

Garden Terrace- Enjoy your meeting with a spectacular view of the grouds of the Woodstock Inn and Resort.  The Garden Terrace can hold up to 40 guests, who will also have access to the outdoor terrace, when a break is needed. 1,364 square feet.

Arthur Wilder Board Room- Unlike the board room at the office, the Arthur Wilder Board Room is a purpose build board room that offers a range of seating options, allowing your meetings to be as productive as possible. 675 square feet.

The Garden Parlor- For a more intimate setting, the Garden Parlor seats up to 12 people. They will be able to enjoy their meeting with a view of the grounds, seen through large windows that are throughout the room. 483 square feet.

Two Parlor Rooms- Separated from the Inn by a short walk, the Parlor Rooms offer more privacy for meetings.  Although not directly attached to the Inn, the Parlor Rooms still offer the same services and features. 450 square feet.

Golf Club Ballroom- If you and your colleagues are in need of a break, the Golf Club Ballroom can be your escape.  Named on of the world's "top 100 golf resorts" (Golf Magazine), the Golf Club Ballroom allows you and your colleagues to unwind before heading off to the next meeting or conference.

Front Lawn- Think outside the box, or in this case outside the walls.  The Front Lawn can be set up to fit any style seating and allows for a change in atmosphere, sparking creativity and productivity.
